Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (Male/Female) to join our team. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth by promoting the company s products/services. This position is ideal for individuals who are ambitious, persuasive, and target-driven. Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
1 3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or client relations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong ability to build rapport with clients.
Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

Identify and research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.
Develop strategies to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
Conduct regular follow-ups with existing clients via Online or Offline.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Maintain long-term professional relationships with clients.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure client satisfaction.
Keep records updated in CRM and prepare regular progress reports.
Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and networking opportunities.

Compensation & Benifits

Salary: 25,000 30,000 per month (depending on experience and performance).
