Key Responsibilities: Identify and bid on relevant projects across platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and LinkedIn . Generate high-quality leads and convert them into business opportunities. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups. Create compelling proposals, pitch decks, and presentations tailored to client needs. Negotiate contract terms and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction. Track and report bidding success rates and project closures regularly. Requirements: Mandatory experience in lead generation on Upwork and LinkedIn. Proven experience in bidding and closing deals on freelance platforms . Strong knowledge of IT services and solutions . Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and achieve sales targets.
