Key Responsibilities:

- College Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with colleges in Bangalore, fostering partnerships and collaborations.

- Market Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to identify potential colleges for partnership based on market trends and educational needs.

- Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals outlining the benefits of collaboration and the value proposition offered by Apponix Academy.

- Negotiation and Closure: Engage in negotiations, presentations, and discussions to finalize partnerships and secure agreements with colleges.

- Strategy Development: Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for effectively penetrating the college market and maximizing growth opportunities.

- Networking: Attend relevant events, conferences, and meetings to network with key stakeholders in the education sector.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience 2 years in business development, preferably in the education sector.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- A self-starter with a proactive approach to relationship building and business development.
