Role Overview:

Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and

  customize cover letters and proposals

  for Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
• Research client requirements and

  tailor responses

  to highlight relevant expertise.
• Build a strong understanding of the company’s offerings in

  app development, AI, and SaaS

  .
• Collaborate with the founders to align proposals with

  technical capabilities and company vision

  .
• Track opportunities, proposals, and responses to ensure

  timely follow-ups

  .
• Support business development activities including

  lead generation, market research, and client communication

  .

Experience- 0 to 2 Years

Skills and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech in

  Computer Science

  or related field preferred).
• Strong passion for

  technology and innovation

  (coding knowledge not mandatory, but tech understanding is essential).
• Excellent

  written communication skills

  with the ability to craft professional, persuasive proposals.
• High attention to detail and ability to

  quickly learn about new tools and technologies

  .
• Familiarity with freelancing platforms like

  Upwork

  (preferred, not mandatory).
• Self-driven, proactive, and eager to grow in the field of

  business development

  .
