What Apollo tez model Offers for Partners: Pharmacist Deployment Inventory & Day-to-Day Operations Management License & Bill Management Infrastructure Setup & Maintenance Digital Enablement via DocVerse (Online Profile Management) Loyalty Program Sales Support Position Summary: As a Business Development Manager for Apollo tez, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing Doctor Chambers, Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs), and Corporates to set up the Apollo tez kisok. You will lead growth efforts in your region while ensuring an excellent experience for all stakeholders. Minimum Requirements: 2 to 4 years of experience in Business Development (Healthcare experience preferred) Proficiency in the local language is mandatory Strong communication and interpersonal skills Roles & Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Partner Acquisition: Scout and empanel Doctor Chambers, RWAs, and Corporates for the Apollo tez model Target Ownership: Meet or exceed monthly onboarding and revenue targets for your assigned territory Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams and regional staff for seamless partner activation Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with tez partners and Ensure a consistent and high-quality experience for all stakeholders Service Activation & Enablement: Set up DocVerse services and ensure partner teams are fully equipped and Guide partners through infrastructure setup and operational onboarding Training & Development: Organize regular training sessions for partners and their staff on all digital tools and pharmacy processes Issue Management: Adhere to the escalation matrix to resolve any stakeholder issues swiftly and effectively For More details Contact HR: 9989967088
