Job Description

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (Construction Chemical) to plan, implement and direct the sales activities of the company in designated area to achieve sales objectives. This role will involve building and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting a range of construction chemicals, including waterproofing solutions, flooring systems, adhesives, protective coatings, and repair systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, and other channels and generate leads.
  • Focus on day-to-day client interactions, and maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
  • Maintaining healthy relationship with all clients by meeting them on regular interval and frequent visits with the entire team to ensure their approach and services are properly rendered and clients are served efficiently.
  • Providing pre and post-sales support to clients. Attend and provide proper solution to their problems/ issues.
  • Negotiate and close deals, meeting individual and team targets.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends
  • Execute the strategies passed down from the team leaders and regularly report on sales activities, client interactions, and performance.
  • Responsible for recovering the outstanding payments within given time. Frequent visits, telephonic follow-ups and mailers must be regularly given till the receipt of payment.
  • Willingness to travel as required (up to 75%).


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, B.Sc, B.com or related field (preferred).
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales or client-facing roles
