Job Description

Responsibilities:

Project Management: Oversee existing projects from conception to completion Tendering: Prepare and submit tenders, including BOQ and quotations
Quantity Estimation: Conduct quantity estimations for desired company projects
BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) : Prepare and manage BBS
Site Assessments: Conduct site assessments occasionally to identify defects and recommend technical solutions
Team Management: Lead and manage project teams, including junior project engineers, subcontractors, and labourers
Client Meetings: Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met

Requirements:

Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related field
1-5 years and above of construction industry experience
Proficient in BBS, BOQ, tendering, quantity estimation and quotations
Strong project management and leadership skills
Effective communication and client liaison skills
Ability to meet deadlines under pressure

Preferred:

Knowledge of AutoCAD and ability to read drawings
Familiarity with building codes and Microsoft Office
