Job Description

This is a B2B / Corporate Sales role involving end-to-end client engagement — from lead generation to deal closure and long-term relationship management.

You’ll be responsible for driving business growth in your allocated zone through consistent client interaction, solution-based selling, and a deep understanding of business challenges.

This role requires initiative, ownership, and the ability to coordinate with others effectively, as it offers scope to grow into a leadership position over time.

Key Responsibilities

l Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

l Meet clients regularly to understand their business requirements and propose suitable IT/ERP solutions.

l Conduct impactful product demonstrations and presentations.

l Negotiate and close deals with honesty and transparency.

l Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

l Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets to unlock attractive incentives.

l Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers and client satisfaction.

l Represent Antraweb with professionalism, ownership, and a problem-solving attitude.

Job Requirements / Criteria

Ø Age: Below 28 years.

Ø Education: Graduate in any stream (MBA or IT background preferred).

Ø Experience: Freshers or candidates with internship/sales experience who demonstrate leadership potential and team coordination ability.

Ø Strong communication and relationship-building skills — able to engage with top management and decision-makers.

Ø Inclination toward IT / Software / ERP Sales.

Ø Laptop or tablet is mandatory.

Ø Confident, target-driven, and eager to take initiative.

l Shows natural leadership ability – can take initiative, influence peers, and guide others without formal authority.

l Demonstrates maturity and ownership in communication, decision-making, and handling clients.

l Has the confidence to represent the company independently in front of customers and internal stakeholders.

l Is comfortable training or mentoring new team members once they’ve mastered the role.

l Has an entrepreneurial mindset and thrives in a target-driven environment.

Work Schedule

6 days working

Mon–Fri: 9:45 AM – 6:15 PM

Sat: 9:30 AM – 2:00 PM (half-day)

Sun: Weekly off
