Role & responsibilities

Business Development Executive

  • Proactively generate leads through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and social platforms
  • Reach out to startups, brands, and agencies interested in PR and digital marketing services
  • Schedule discovery calls and consultations with potential clients
  • Qualify leads based on company criteria and pass them to the client success team
  • Maintain CRM records, track follow-ups, and meet weekly/monthly outreach KPIs
  • Understand Anic Digital's service offerings to pitch effectively
  • Collaborate with the campaign team to ensure smooth onboarding of clients

Preferred candidate profile

  • 13 years of experience in outbound sales or international lead generation
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills (English fluency is a must)
  • Proven ability to handle objections and close meetings/sales
  • Experience using tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, etc. is a plus
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional in follow-ups
  • Familiarity with PR, digital marketing, or media industry is a big advantage
