Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive at the rapidly growing provider of staff augmentation solutions and business services specializing in IT talent, technology staffing, and business-to-business (B2B) solutions, your primary responsibility is to help expand the company's reach, secure new partnerships, and drive business growth. This commission-based role offers unlimited earning potential based on your success in generating new leads and closing deals. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and target potential B2B clients seeking staff augmentation or IT talent solutions. - Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads. - Research client needs to tailor proposals effectively. - Initiate, negotiate, and close new business contracts. - Build relationships with key decision-makers. - Present services to potential clients. - Take ownership of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing. - Ensure timely follow-up and present customized solutions based on client needs. - Track performance, report progress to the Sales Manager, and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, meetings, and revenue. Qualifications Required: - Proven track record of at least 2 years in B2B sales, preferably in IT staffing, recruitment, or staff augmentation. - Strong industry knowledge and understanding of client needs in the staffing industry. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and drive sales performance. - Proficiency in CRM software and digital tools for communication, presentations, and data analysis is an added advantage.
