About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to drive sales growth through both in-house and outside sales activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, generating leads, converting opportunities, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a blend of field sales expertise and in-office sales coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through in-house and outside sales channels.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
Follow up with potential clients and close sales deals.
Maintain and update the sales database with client information and interactions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
Prepare sales reports and share insights with management.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales or business development (B2B or B2C).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willingness to travel for outside sales activities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
