Job Description Business Development Executive (Internship to PPO)AdvertisingSaga is a fast-growing marketing agency based in Mumbai. Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team at Lower Parel, Mumbai (work from office). This role starts as a 3-month internship with the opportunity to convert into a full-time role (PPO) based on performance.As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for finding new clients, building relationships, explaining our services, and helping them partner with us. If you enjoy talking to people, convincing them, and want to grow your career in sales and digital marketing, this role is an excellent fit.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.Conduct online or in-person meetings to understand client needs.Explain our services clearly and show how we can help clients grow their business.Follow up regularly with interested leads and maintain strong client relationships.Work with the internal team to create solutions that fit client requirements.Convert leads into long-term clients and help the company achieve sales goals.Maintain proper records of leads, meetings, and updates in simple reports/CRM.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in sales or business development.Good communication and people skills.Comfortable with calls, emails, and client presentations.Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, or cold emailing is a plus.Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work towards targets.

Compensation & Growth Path

Stipend: 15,000 per month for the first 3 months (internship period).Post Internship (PPO): 25,000 per month + commissions on client closures and renewals.Clear career growth opportunities as the company expands.
