Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and driving revenue growth in the digital marketing and web development space. Must have knowledge of bidding portal Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.


Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Lead Generation:

Identify and evaluate potential clients in target markets.

Generate leads through various channels, including networking, online research, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.


Client Engagement & Relationship Building:

Establish and maintain strong client relationships.

Schedule meetings and presentations to pitch digital marketing and web development services.

Understand client needs and customize solutions to align with their goals.


Sales & Proposal Development:

Prepare compelling proposals and presentations.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.


Collaboration with Teams:

Work closely with internal teams (design, development, and marketing) to ensure seamless project execution.

Provide client feedback to improve service offerings and delivery.


Market Trends & Insights:

Stay updated with industry trends, market demands, and competitor strategies.

Identify areas of improvement and innovation for business growth.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Experience: 2-6 years in business development, sales, or a similar role (preferably in digital marketing or web development).


Skills:

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, Social Media) and web development processes.
