Role Overview

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

Cold Calling & Lead Generation

• Initiate outbound calls to potential clients
• Qualify leads and set up meetings for business pitches
• Maintain a database of prospective clients

Sales & Target Achievement

• Promote company services and convert leads into clients
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Prepare proposals and close deals independently or with support

Project Handling & Client Coordination

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery
• Act as a point of contact between the client and the technical team
• Manage client communication, updates, and feedback
• Upsell additional services to existing clients when appropriate

Qualifications & Skills

1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role

Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills

Confidence in cold calling and handling client objections

Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and meet deadlines

Basic understanding of digital marketing and web services is a plus

Graduate in any discipline; MBA/Marketing preferred
