Job Summary:

We are hiring a dynamic and proactive Business Executive to support our Business Development Manager (BDM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling lead follow-ups, converting prospects into potential clients, and maintaining strong client communication. This role is critical in supporting the growth of our digital marketing services by turning leads into long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the BDM in day-to-day client handling and communication.
  • Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and third-party platforms.
  • Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities through phone, email, and WhatsApp communication.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and timely lead information.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, PPC, Design, etc.) to support pre-sales processes and proposals.
  • Schedule and coordinate client meetings and calls for BDM.
  • Share company service details, pitch decks, and service brochures to potential clients.
  • Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities within the existing lead base.
  • Prepare and maintain regular reports of follow-ups and conversions.
  • Ensure prompt and effective client communication with a strong focus on customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a digital marketing or IT company.
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Web Development, etc.) is a plus.
  • Ability to handle client objections and build trust.
  • Good organizational and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of sales funnels and client nurturing process.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,643.42 - ₹40,883.99 per month
