Job Description

Responsible for driving business growth in manpower outsourcing through client acquisition and account management, while ensuring smooth service delivery, compliance, and profitability across engagements.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across sectors (BFSI, logistics, retail, manufacturing).
  • Lead sales cycle: prospecting, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
  • Manage and grow client accounts; drive satisfaction, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
  • Oversee deployment, operations, and SLA adherence for outsourced staff.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Own P&L, track revenue/profitability, and support pricing strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, HR, or Operations.
  • 10+ years in manpower outsourcing/staffing with exposure to sales and delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of staffing models, compliance frameworks, and workforce management.
