Company Overview:

We are a fast-growing real estate firm specializing in commercial leasing for self-owned and third-party properties. Our focus is to become a trusted partner for corporates seeking office space solutions in Delhi NCR. We are setting up a new office and are looking for an experienced leader to drive this initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion & Strategy
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for corporate leasing in Delhi NCR.
  • Identify high-growth zones and sectors with office space demand (IT, BFSI, consulting, etc.).
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Building
  • Build and maintain relationships with real estate heads of Fortune 500 companies, MNCs, Indian corporates, and brokers.
  • Pitch self-owned and client inventory to potential tenants.
  • Lead negotiations, LOIs, and final lease closures.
  • Team Building & Leadership
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of leasing executives, analysts, and support staff.
  • Ensure daily performance tracking and periodic reporting.
  • Revenue Generation
  • Drive leasing targets through proactive business development, site visits, and client meetings.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team for lead generation and branding.
  • Stakeholder Coordination
  • Liaise with landlords, legal, technical, and facility teams to ensure deal execution.

Key Requirements:

  • 5–15 years of experience in corporate leasing, commercial real estate, or business development (preferably in Delhi NCR).
  • Existing network of CXOs, real estate heads, IPCs (JLL, CBRE, Cushman), and broker networks.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value lease transactions.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.

Compensation:

  • Fixed plus
  • Incentives: Performance-based commission on closed deals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

  • English (Preferred)
