Job description

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement a strategic plan aimed at driving financial growth while enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and understand evolving customer needs.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with potential clients to explore partnership opportunities.
• Promote the company's offerings by aligning them with the clients’ goals and anticipating their future requirements.
• Draft and manage sales agreements in compliance with legal standards and company policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sales transactions, revenue, billing, and other related records.
• Deliver reliable feedback and provide ongoing support after the sale to ensure client satisfaction.
• Foster lasting relationships with both new and existing clients to support long-term business growth.
• Mentor and develop entry-level team members into effective and high-performing sales professionals.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Office
• Proficiency in English and Hindi
• Market knowledge (Educational Sector)
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport
• Time management and planning skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• Ability to make cold calls for appointments

Qualification: Any UG / PG degree (Preferably Marketing specialized)
