Job Title: Business Development & Sales Coordinator Location: [avadi, Ambatture, Ayapakkam,paruthipattu, thiruverkadu, poothamalee ] Job Type: Full-time Experience: 1–3 years (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply) Salary: ₹[Basic +TA +incentive ] per month + Incentives Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development and Sales Coordinator to support our sales team, manage client communication, and help grow our business. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and coordination skills and a passion for achieving targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential clients through calls, emails, and field visits Support the sales team in day-to-day operations and client follow-ups Coordinate meetings, presentations, and sales pitches Maintain customer database (CRM) and prepare regular sales reports Assist in creating proposals, quotations, and sales documentation Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Follow up on leads and convert them into sales Help in planning and executing marketing and business development campaigns Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development preferred Good communication skills in English and Hindi (other regional languages are a plus) Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel / CRM tools Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Working Days: [e.g., Monday to Saturday]Timings: [e.g., 9AM – 6 PM] Incentives: Performance-based incentives available Gender Preference: [Optional – if any]
