Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement quarterly plans and sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Generate new business leads via cold calling, pitching, attending events, and client engagement.
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Collaborate with client servicing, production, and finance teams for seamless project delivery.
• Ensure timely recovery of committed project finances.
• Stay proactive in identifying new business opportunities and trends.
• Oversee and support client servicing teams for execution.
• Follow systems and processes diligently
  

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
• Graduate / Postgraduate in Management
• Excellent selling and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities (spoken & written)
• Confidence, persistence, and trustworthiness
• Eye for detail & innovative approach
• Relationship building and client management
• Result and solution-oriented mindset
  

Compensation
