Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Consultant located Pan India, with some work from home acceptable. The Business Development Consultant will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, consulting with clients, and developing business plans. The role will require excellent communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.

• Consulting skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in Business Planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the human resources or recruitment industry is a plus
