Business Development

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (Female Candidate) with 1–3 years of experience in client handling and business development. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the IT industry, with proven expertise in managing both domestic and international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.
• Handle client communications, build strong relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage both domestic and foreign clients, understanding their requirements and providing tailored IT solutions.
• Collaborate with the technical team to prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain proper records of sales, leads, and client communications.
• Represent the company in meetings, calls, and online/offline discussions with clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in business development/client handling in the IT sector.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of IT services, software solutions, or digital products.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deliver within deadlines.
• Confident, proactive, and target-driven personality.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
