At MindForce Research, we’re expanding our leadership team in Business Development — seeking a seasoned professional who can take charge of growth initiatives across our Market Research and Advisory practices.

This role is ideal for someone with a consultative sales mindset, deep understanding of research-based insights, and the ability to engage confidently with CXO-level stakeholders.

🔹 What You’ll Do:

Lead business development strategies across consulting and research domains.

Build long-term partnerships with senior clients and global organizations.

Collaborate with strategy and research teams to craft impactful client solutions.

Represent Mindforce at industry forums and drive thought leadership initiatives.

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

8–12 years’ experience in Business Development / Client Engagement within Consulting or Market Research.

Proven success in driving revenue growth and managing key accounts.

Strong understanding of solution-based selling and market insights.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
