Job Title: Business Development– Client Acquisition

Location: [Field-Based]

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Executive who will focus on generating new clients, fixing meetings, driving conversions, and building long-term business relationships. This is a field-oriented role, ideal for candidates with prior agency experience or exposure to healthcare and manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads for new business opportunities in targeted industries.
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand requirements and present Pixel Studios’ offerings.
  • Drive the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → proposal presentation → negotiation → conversion.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and ensure consistent follow-ups.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitors, and industry best practices.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets related to meetings fixed, proposals shared, and client conversions.

Preferred Background:

  • 2–4 years of experience in client acquisition/marketing/business development (digital agency experience preferred).
  • Exposure to working with clients in healthcare and/or manufacturing/education domains is a strong plus.
  • Proven track record of lead generation and successful conversions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in the field with strong self-motivation.
