We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Client Acquisition Executive to join our digital marketing agency. This role is responsible for acquiring new clients, nurturing relationships, and ensuring excellent after-sales service. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, building long-term client partnerships, and contributing to the agency's success. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Development & Client Acquisition Identify potential clients across industries and generate new business opportunities. Develop and implement strategies to attract and onboard new clients. Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects through networking, cold calling, and social media outreach. Prepare and present compelling business proposals and sales pitches to clients. 2. Client Relationship Management Establish strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Understand client requirements and provide tailored digital marketing solutions. Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their engagement. 3. After-Sales Service & Account Management Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and oversee project execution. Address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner. Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and ensure satisfaction. Upsell and cross-sell digital marketing services to existing clients. 4. Collaboration & Reporting Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure seamless service delivery. Provide regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and industry trends. Contribute to the agency's growth strategies through innovative ideas.
