Key Responsibilities: Edit engaging short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) and long-form videos for YouTube and Facebook. Understand and adapt brand tone for fashion-focused visual storytelling (lookbooks, styling videos, BTS) and geo-political content (case studies, breakdowns, interviews). Add trendy music, motion graphics, subtitles, transitions , and visual hooks. Work closely with content creators to optimize content for virality and audience retention . Keep up with trending formats, memes, sounds , and editing styles. Repurpose long-form videos into multiple clips for various platforms. Manage and organize media files and content libraries. Skills Required: Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve Experience with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook video formatting Strong understanding of social media trends, audience behavior, and storytelling Skilled in adding dynamic text overlays, captions, jump cuts, and color grading Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, content-driven environment Basic knowledge of sound mixing and audio editing is a plus Bonus: Experience editing fashion content or commentary content Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in video editing for social media Strong portfolio with fashion or infotainment/editorial-style content Ability to work independently and take creative ownership Good communication and project management skills
