Role Overview

Business Development & Bidding Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across platforms like

  Upwork, Clutch, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and direct outreach

  .
• Develop and submit compelling proposals for UX/UI design, web/app development, and hosting/maintenance projects.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and client needs.
• Maintain and nurture client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with the internal design and tech teams to ensure smooth handovers and project execution.
• Track bid progress, conversions, and maintain organized reports.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in

  business development or bidding

  , preferably in a

  design or technology agency

  .
• Proven experience in generating leads and closing deals on freelance or enterprise platforms.
• Excellent communication and proposal-writing skills.
• Strong understanding of design and digital service offerings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Self-driven, analytical, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
