Role Overview We’re looking for an experienced Business Development & Bidding Specialist to help expand our client base and secure new projects for design, product development, and digital maintenance services. This is a Remote role , offering flexibility to work remotely while maintaining close coordination with the in-house team. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities across platforms like Upwork, Clutch, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and direct outreach . Develop and submit compelling proposals for UX/UI design, web/app development, and hosting/maintenance projects. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and client needs. Maintain and nurture client relationships throughout the sales cycle. Collaborate with the internal design and tech teams to ensure smooth handovers and project execution. Track bid progress, conversions, and maintain organized reports. Qualifications 5–8 years of experience in business development or bidding , preferably in a design or technology agency . Proven experience in generating leads and closing deals on freelance or enterprise platforms. Excellent communication and proposal-writing skills. Strong understanding of design and digital service offerings. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
