Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients seeking talent acquisition or workforce development solutions.
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
  • Understand the talent requirements of companies and position the companys solutions accordingly.
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation and proposal development to negotiation and closing.
  • Handle key accounts with a focus on client retention, satisfaction, and upselling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client success.
  • Track sales activities and client interactions using CRM systems.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in

    B2B sales

    , with exposure to

    key account management

    and

    high-ticket sales

    .
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable engaging with senior-level stakeholders (HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers, etc.).
  • Self-motivated with a growth mindset and strong business acumen.

  • Bachelors degree.
