Key Account Manager – B2B | Full-Time, On-Site | Mumbai (Kandivali West)

Business Development (B2B)

This is a full-time, on-site role at our HQ in Kandivali West, Mumbai. As part of this role, you'll work closely with the Co-founder and the Sales & Technical Training team to ensure strategic alignment and execution across our B2B partner network — including salons, retail outlets, and more. Experience in managing a business in the beauty and wellness industry is a must.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Monitoring sales and achieving mutually agreed-upon targets across key B2B accounts (salons, etc.)
• Overseeing the complete order lifecycle — from fulfillment to post-sale service (online + offline B2B)
• Managing partner communications and ensuring timely outreach and support
• Collaborating with the sales and training teams to deepen partner relationships and engagement
• Developing and executing tailored marketing initiatives to build brand awareness and drive B2B sales growth
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and working cross-functionally to implement solutions

What we're looking for:

• Experience in partner account management, preferably in beauty, wellness, or FMCG industries
• Strong analytical thinking and comfort with business planning and traveling
• A collaborative approach, with the ability to work seamlessly across departments
• Patience, ownership, and strong interpersonal skills — you’ll be the bridge between teams and partners
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience is required for this role
