Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective US-based clients
• Pitch services effectively and generate qualified leads
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities
• Maintain records of calls and sales leads in the CRM
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned

Requirements:

• 0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or business development

• Candidates with prior experience in US sales or international calling are preferred

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
• Comfortable working in a

  US Shift

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to

  New Delhi
