Business Development Associate

As a Female Business Development Associate at our Meerut office, your role will involve presenting our program to parents and encouraging them to enrol their children. Your excellent English communication and interpersonal skills will be crucial for building trust and rapport with potential customers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Delivering engaging and persuasive presentations to parents about our program. - Explaining program benefits and addressing parent concerns confidently. - Building trust and rapport with potential customers (parents). - Following up with interested leads and supporting them through the enrolment process. - Helping meet center enrollment targets and contributing to overall growth. - Maintaining proper records of inquiries and conversions. Requirements: - Gender: Female - Strong communication skills in English (spoken) & Hindi - Pleasant, confident, and presentable personality - Prior sales or presentation experience is a plus, but not mandatory - Passionate about working in education and child development - Residing in or willing to work from Meerut (office-based role) In addition to the job types being full-time and permanent, the benefits include cell phone and internet reimbursement.
