Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in client acquisition, sales growth, and marketing activities. This role provides hands-on exposure to the real estate industry with fieldwork, client engagement, and business networking.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Make calls and cold calls on company-provided and personal leads.
• Handle client interactions: follow-ups, relationship building, and query resolution.
• Conduct and assist in site visits, ensuring excellent client experience.
• Support sales meetings and negotiations.
• Contribute to marketing activities: social media promotions, campaigns, events, and lead generation.
• Participate in workshops, trainings, and team meetings.
• Expand company reach through network building and referrals.
• Compensation & Benefits
• Stipend: As per expectations, based on performance.
• Commission:
• 8-10% commission on direct sales.
• Performance-driven incentives as per company policy.
• Skills & Qualities: We Seek Strong communication & persuasion skills (Hindi/English).
• Confidence in cold calling & client meetings.
• Willingness for fieldwork & site visits.
• Basic knowledge of sales & marketing principles.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 42 – 50 per week
