Business Development Associate

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales Executive / Business Development Executive experienced in selling construction-related products or solutions such as elevators, FRP doors, STPs, or allied engineering products. The ideal candidate will build and manage a client base, generate leads, and secure new business opportunities through field sales and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, build, and manage a strong client base across assigned regions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sector.
• Generate inquiries through cold calling, field visits, and networking.
• Meet with owners, builders, contractors, and architects to pitch products and close deals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Maintain positive client relationships and ensure prompt response to customer concerns.
• Coordinate with the Operations team to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Actively participate in sales meetings and share market insights.
• Promote brand awareness internally and externally.
• Explore new market segments and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
• Mentor and guide new team members as needed.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B or construction sales.
• Prior experience in elevator, FRP doors, STP, or similar construction product sales preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and ready to travel within the assigned territory.
• Good knowledge of local construction industry and client base.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
