Role Overview: We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Female Business Development Associate to join our team at our Meerut office. The role involves presenting our program to parents and encouraging them to enrol their children. Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills are key. Key Responsibilities: ● Deliver engaging and persuasive presentations to parents about our program. ● Explain program benefits and address parent concerns confidently. ● Build trust and rapport with potential customers (parents). ● Follow up with interested leads and support them through the enrolment process. ● Help meet center enrollment targets and contribute to overall growth. ● Maintain proper records of inquiries and conversions. Requirements: ● Gender: Female ● Strong communication skills in English (spoken) & Hindi ● Pleasant, confident, and presentable personality ● Prior sales or presentation experience is a plus, but not mandatory ● Passionate about working in education and child development ● Residing in or willing to work from Meerut (office-based role) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Schedule: Fixed shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Language: Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: In person
