Role Overview

Business Development Associate – UK Division

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with qualified leads via phone, WhatsApp, Zoom, and email.
• Build trust and guide students through the UK university admission journey.
• Convert inquiries into enrolled clients through strategic, student-first consultation.
• Achieve and exceed monthly conversion targets.
• Maintain accurate lead status and notes on our CRM system (ClickUp).
• Collaborate closely with counseling, marketing, and international operations teams.
  

What We're Looking For

• Experience:

   Minimum 

  1 year

   of experience in 

  counseling or recruiting students for UK universities

  .

• Communication:

   Fluent English with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Sales Mindset:

   Confident, empathetic, and consultative selling approach.

• Goal-Oriented:

   Ability to meet performance targets and manage multiple leads.

• Tech-Savvy:

   Familiarity with tools like CRM, ClickUp, Zoom, and email workflows.
