Job Description

As a Business Community Manager at TravClan, you will play a crucial role in building and managing a highly engaged community of business entrepreneurs/agents. Your responsibilities will include: - Being the sole point of contact for educating members about TravClan and managing 100-200 business accounts. - Collaborating closely with the finance, product, and marketing teams to enhance processes, products, and reach. - Ensuring healthy retention of agents while increasing the volume of Agent's business through TravClan. - Effectively managing feedback and escalations from customers and vendors. - Organizing country-wide offline and online events & meet-ups for community members. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Ethical, hardworking, and "passionate about startups" mindset. - Disciplined & Process Oriented. - Prior Sales/Account Management Experience. - Prior Startup/Travel experience preferred. - Good understanding of different business verticals. - Willingness to learn and travel for work. We operate in a fast-paced environment that offers fast growth opportunities and exciting responsibilities. Additionally, ESOPs are offered to 30% of team members, with 40% of team members getting promoted within 2 years. Top performers can expect aggressive hikes, with median hikes averaging around 25%.,
