1. Email Communication: Should be able to draft and respond to professional emails clearly and effectively.
2. Meetings: Attend and represent the NGO in meetings with senior officials and organization heads.
3. Field Visits: Regularly visit project sites and represent the organization professionally.
4. NGO Knowledge: Must have a clear understanding of NGO work, social initiatives, and field challenges.
5. Trusts & Societies: Should know about the structure and purpose of Trusts, Societies, and Foundations.
6. Reporting: Prepare short reports and summaries of field visits and meetings.
7. Coordination: Work closely with the team, partners, and volunteers for project execution
