Experience Required: 2+ years in Business Development in the Tours and Travel industry

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and partners.
• Identify emerging market trends and customer needs to offer tailored travel solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve customer experience and service offerings.
• Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Generate leads, follow up, and close deals effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in business development within the Tours and Travel industry.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and handle high-value clients.
• Knowledge of travel booking platforms, CRM systems, and MS Office tools.

Position 2: Junior Business development associate

Experience Required: Minimum 6 months in sales (any industry)

Key responsibilities

• Assist in identifying potential clients and generating new business opportunities.
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and follow-ups under guidance.
• Support the senior team in building presentations, proposals, and travel packages.
• Maintain and update client records and sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of services.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a sales role (any domain).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for the travel industry and eagerness to learn.
