Role Overview
We’re looking for an Associate – Business Development who loves talking to people, understanding their needs, and helping them discover how Sollu can make a difference. You’ll be the voice of Sollu — engaging with hospitals and clinics across India, introducing them to our platform, and helping them onboard. This role is remote (work from home) and offers a strong performance-linked incentive structure.
Key Responsibilities
* Reach out to hospitals and clinics to introduce Sollu’s solutions.
* Engage decision-makers via phone and WhatsApp, understand their pain points, and schedule demos.
* Follow up on leads, maintain detailed call records, and track progress using CRM tools.
* Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
* Maintain professionalism and empathy while representing Sollu’s brand voice.
Language Skills
* Fluent in Hindi and English (mandatory).
* Knowledge of Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil, or Telugu is a strong plus.
What We’re Looking For
* Excellent communication and listening skills.
* Friendly, persuasive personality with strong relationship-building ability.
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
* Prior experience in tele-sales, inside sales, or customer engagement is a plus.
