  • Youve had at least 6 months of prior sales experience preferably in the education or tech sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a career mentor, offering guidance to prospective students.
  • Explain how NxtWaves CCBP 4.0 Programs can transform careers and match them to individual goals.
  • Communicate the value proposition and differentiators of our programs effectively.
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle: engaging leads via phone/video, demonstrating the product, closing the sale, and maintaining post-sale relations.
  • Keep accurate records of all interactions and provide feedback to improve lead quality.
  • Meet weekly targets for enrollments and revenue.
  • Desired Skills and Attributes
  • Fluency in Telugu is essential; proficiency in English is an added benefit.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • High levels of dedication, determination, and a customer-first mindset.
  • Trustworthy, with the ability to easily connect and build rapport with leads.
  • Organized in managing sales funnels, following up, and exceeding performance goals.
  • Sales-driven with a passion for helping learners achieve success.
