Key Responsibilities Serve as a career mentor, offering guidance to prospective students. Explain how NxtWaves CCBP 4.0 Programs can transform careers and match them to individual goals. Communicate the value proposition and differentiators of our programs effectively. Manage the complete sales lifecycle: engaging leads via phone/video, demonstrating the product, closing the sale, and maintaining post-sale relations. Keep accurate records of all interactions and provide feedback to improve lead quality. Meet weekly targets for enrollments and revenue. Desired Skills and Attributes Fluency in Telugu is essential; proficiency in English is an added benefit. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. High levels of dedication, determination, and a customer-first mindset. Trustworthy, with the ability to easily connect and build rapport with leads.
