Job Overview:

As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience, with a focus on lead generation and social media marketing in the IT and Digital Marketing sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
• Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business needs and requirements.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute social media marketing campaigns.
• Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to potential clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Provide regular reports on business development activities and progress.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Development Executive in the IT/Digital Marketing industries (6-1 year).
• Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in social media marketing and its applications for business development.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
