About the Role:

  • We are looking for a proactive and result-driven

    Business Development Associate

    to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B sales, lead generation, and client relationship management. If you're passionate about driving business growth, networking via LinkedIn, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships we’d love to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and generating B2B leads through LinkedIn and other online platforms
  • Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems
  • Draft and send outreach messages, emails, and follow-ups to prospective clients
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate with senior team members for demos or proposals
  • Conduct basic market and competitor research


Requirements:

  • 0–1 years of experience in business development, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn for outreach and lead generation
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of targets
  • Self-motivated with a strategic and growth-focused mindset
