Business Development Associate (Remote)

We are looking for a Business Development Associate with experience in lead generation, outreach, and end-to-end client closure. The role involves building a steady pipeline of NGOs, CSR teams, universities, and social enterprises, and helping them understand how UPDEED Campaigns support their work.

What you will handle

• Prospecting, cold outreach, nurturing, demos, and closure.

• Pitching the Campaign feature and closing paid or strategic campaigns.

• Maintaining CRM discipline and weekly pipeline updates.

• Supporting outreach for high-value campaigns when needed.

Who will fit this role

• 1–3 years of experience in BD or partnerships.

• Confident in speaking with senior leaders and simplifying concepts.

• Skilled in LinkedIn outreach, email sequences, and structured follow-ups.

• Comfortable working independently and meeting conversion targets.

Compensation

INR 25000 per month + Incentives
