Business Development Associate

You are a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive responsible for driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building client relationships, and generating new revenue streams. Your role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of market trends, and a passion for sales and client success. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and research potential clients, business opportunities, and new markets. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. - Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitors, and potential partnerships. - Present and promote the company's products/services to potential clients through direct communication, meetings, calls, and networking. - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches. - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. - Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align business development strategies with brand positioning. - Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client communications using CRM software. - Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand professional connections and drive lead generation.
