Job Description

You are a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive responsible for driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building client relationships, and generating new revenue streams. Your role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of market trends, and a passion for sales and client success. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and research potential clients, business opportunities, and new markets. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. - Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitors, and potential partnerships. - Present and promote the company's products/services to potential clients through direct communication, meetings, calls, and networking. - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches. - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. - Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align business development strategies with brand positioning. - Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client communications using CRM software. - Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand professional connections and drive lead generation. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred). - Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (3 years minimum). - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. Preferred Skills: - Knowledge of the industry related to the company's products or services. - Experience with lead generation tools and digital marketing techniques. - Multilingual abilities (if working in international markets).
