**Position**: Business Development Associate

**Location**: Bathinda, Punjab

**Working Area**: Within a 60 km radius of Bathinda

**Key Responsibilities**:

1. **School Visits**:

- Visit schools within a 60 km radius of Bathinda to promote Potencia Academy’s coaching programs for JEE, NEET, CUET, and foundation courses (Classes 8th to 12th, including droppers).

- Build and maintain relationships with school principals, teachers, and administrative staff to facilitate promotional activities and partnerships.

- Deliver presentations and conduct workshops to educate students and parents about competitive exams and Potencia Academy’s offerings.

2. **Test Conduction**:

- Organize and conduct scholarship tests, mock tests, and aptitude assessments at schools, tuition centers, and Potencia Academy’s premises.

- Coordinate logistics for test conduction, including scheduling, venue setup, and ensuring smooth execution.

- Evaluate test results and follow up with potential students to discuss enrollment opportunities.

3. **Tuition Center Engagement**:

- Collaborate with local tuition centers to promote Potencia Academy’s specialized coaching programs for JEE, NEET, and CUET.

- Develop partnerships with tuition centers to generate leads and increase student registrations.

- Provide information about Potencia’s unique teaching methodology, faculty expertise, and proven track record of results.

4. **Scholarship Test Registration**:

- Drive student registrations for Potencia Academy’s scholarship tests by engaging with students, parents, and educational institutions.

- Distribute promotional materials (flyers, brochures, etc.) and leverage social media platforms to create awareness about scholarship opportunities.

- Follow up with registered candidates to ensure participation and conversion into enrolled students.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
