Role & responsibilities Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential leads in startup and corporate sectors, aligning with business goals. – Develop and send personalized outreach, including emails and messages, through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other social platforms. – Create engaging content for social media posts, articles, and promotional materials, emphasizing the benefits of ESOPs and showcasing the firm’s expertise. – Perform market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and potential opportunities. – Support the execution of various business development activities across the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. – Collaborate with the team to design and refine impactful marketing materials, presentations, and proposals. Preferred candidate profile – A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. – Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills to articulate ideas effectively. – Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite. – Basic understanding of ESOPs or willingness to learn – Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
