Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Conduct daily outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on inquiries
  • Schedule and attend client meetings to present company products/services
  • Identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Prepare and submit daily sales reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and after-sales support
  • Represent the company at events or client locations, if required

Preferred candidate profile

  • 1 to 4 years of experience in sales, with exposure to both calling and direct client meetings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred
