Mocaup Global Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing relationships with existing clients while also identifying and engaging with new potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing ongoing support.
Identify and reach out to potential clients via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
Schedule and coordinate meetings between new clients and the sales or management team.
Maintain follow-up with prospective clients, provide relevant information, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Maintain accurate records of client communications, scheduled meetings, and lead status in CRM systems or internal tools.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve client acquisition and retention.
